Schematic design for auditoria complex on the 24th floor to include the Dean's suite, an auditorium to seat 270 people and an auditorium to seat 60 people. Study included schematic floor plans, renderings, and Fire Marshal conceptual approval. Presentation materials were prepared for a successful donor solicitation of $1 million.

Classroom Improvements

Plans were prepared for the renovation of three large classrooms on the 12th floor of the Tidewater Building to include new fixed seating, tiered seating, and new state of the art audiovisual equipment. Presentation boards were prepared for a donor solicitation.

Scope of work included interviews with all department chairmen, space planning options, and a square footage comparison of the existing and proposed space utilization.

Interior design services to upgrade the lobby appearance. Using new lighting, doors, finishes, artwork, and plants, a plan was developed to improve the first floor for less than $50 per square foot.

Contracted by the Board of Trustees of Christ Episcopal School when it became apparent to them that their planning process for the development of a new school campus was flawed. Worked with the Board to review the status of their project, terminate the architect, issue a Request for Qualifications, conduct a qualifications-based architect selection process and prepare and negotiate the architectural contract.
